I don't remember Dewey, but I grew up knowing his sisters. (Also Jack Barrett) My deepest condolences to the Bills family.

Dewey and I had a very special friendship, one that was based in trust, respect and genuine concern and care for each other. Margo and I have many many great memories of our times spent with Dewey and Barbara.

I began working for Dewey in 1980, and it did not take long for me to gain a great respect for him. His generosity was apparent to all who worked for him. Even though he knew how to be all business, he always found ways to be kind and generous with his employee's.

We will greatly miss Dewey, as he represents a type of solid and strong individual, whom would always be there if and when we needed him. The type of friendship that he offered is rare!

Heartfelt sympathy goes out to the family and friends during this difficult time. I hope that the promise found at 1 Thessalonians 4:14 will bring you comfort. Knowing that there is a future for the ones we have lost in death can be reassuring.

What I will miss most about Dewey is his exhuberant personality and his kindness. Dewey & Barbara were our neighbors when I was a teenager, and I was their babysitter for Michael & Gary. Later in 1975 I went to Dewey when I wanted to become a Realtor. He graciously helped and encouraged me and gave me a secretarial position at Littletree Corporation while I studied and then went on to sell at Real Estate Inc. Dewey was a great boss and friend. He and Barbara will be truly missed.
Sincerely, Marion Bertel
