We will always remember Ed's kindness fondly. We are thinking of you all during this time.

My dear Uncle Ed, I will always remember you for your loving kindness, quiet dignity, strength of character, warmth, gentleness, and fondness of the great outdoors. I so wish I could have shared West Virginia with you -- I know you would have loved its natural beauty. I'm so sorry we never got that trip made. Thank you for your wonderful hugs and all the stories you shared about you and Dad, the hilarious car (and other) troubles he would get you into, Aunt Nan, growing up in a much different Boise, and so many other treasured memories. I'm so thankful for the pictures you gave me, too. Mostly, I'm thankful that you were my Uncle, and for the love you gave. You were, and remain, a true gentleman. God Bless you, dear Uncle Ed. You will be in my heart always.
Love, Jolee Foster McNear
