I remember so many times at the Uranga's. Judy and I became friends when the family moved to Parma. Jerri always welcomed me to their home. Usually it was Janice and I spending the night. Jerri would sit at the table and listen to us chattering on about whatever we found interesting with an amused smile. She would patiently listen for hours. She always treated us as interesting people...not silly kids. I remember being impressed when we got to stay up late to watch Johnny Carson with Jim and Jerri. That seemed so grownup. I am sure Judy is rejoicing in the reunion with her mom. My sympathy to Mary, Joe and the rest of the family she leaves behind.

Jerri was a delightful neighbor as well as her husband Jim when they built the house next door to us in Nampa. She also like my fruitcake. So when I make it-I always think of Jerri. After she moved to Golden Crest I would take her some when I made it. We even stopped one time in Jordon Valley on our way back from Ca. to see if they were at her house. They were and gave us a tour of the house along with history of it. Jerri was a very warm wonderful lady. I always enjoyed talking with her.
