Glenn was my friend, mentor, inspiration, brother and an original American Idol! It was always my pleasue to be in a band with him. To listen to his guitar playing was pure heaven! His kind of talent does not come easily. His had a natural talent that impressed everyone who had the pleasure of listening to him. Glenn, you will be missed. I look forward to seeing you again one day. - Mark Wade

Glen is truly missed already -what a nice brother We have come to know! Many occasions and fond memories and expressions come to mind. I recall the earliest recollection of being at Roby Creek for a picnic where Glen and someone else took a tram cart across the river. Glen took a nasty cut on the thumb from the pulley wheel, but that didn't let the good food go to waste at the picnic. Glen roughed it well and we had a good time. We all felt bad. Well at that time Glen knew there were better times ahead so that moment in history moved on. Now we have another moment of sadness soon to be replaced with joy when the resurrection occurs! Looking forward to seeing A wonderful brother again in the near future! To all of Glen's loved ones be assured of our deep feelings of grief and sorrow. He was indeed a good friend as the rest of you are. - Butch & Jane Nissen
