Gwen was like a grandmother to my brother, my sister, and me while she and Howard were in Somerton. They were our next door neighbors and amazing people. They taught us how to golf, helped us with our English, and loved us as if we were part of their family. They were great examples and mentors for not only us as children, but also for our parents as adults. Thank you, Mitchells for everything. It was a pleasure and honor to have met you and spent time with you.

Gwen was an amazing woman. We feel so fortunate to have known her. Her strength and determination were and are inspiring to me. We didn't always agree on everything, but there was rarely any doubt about where she stood on a subject! LOL :) We'll have so many fond memories of time spent with both Howard and Gwen. They will both live forever in our heart.
