Sending our deepest sympathy to you and the entire Robbins Family over the passing of Janet. We understand this is a difficult time. When our loved ones become a memory, the memory becomes a treasure. Cherish your memories together and the love and support of those who care. May the "God of all comfort" help you cope and give you strength and peace. 2. Corenthians 1:3,4

While Janet and Steve had a short time together on this earth, they were so perfect for each other. Enjoyed flying with both of them and both gave United's customers the best of service. Through all the misery of her cancer battles, Janet's attitude was always positive and sunny to everyone else. Such a friendly and gregarious person leaving such a big hole in the hearts of those she touched and loved. RIP, Janet.

Janet was my next door neighbor while training as a ' stewardess 'for United Airlines. We were both based in Newark, N J together along with the late Cindy Schwartzman. We became very good friends and remained so til the end. My Mother often said Janet had dancing blue eyes, which she certainly had. Janet had such a zest for life and sparkling personality, so I nick named her Doris Day.
Janet is now an Angel in Heaven guiding her loved ones from above.

When Janet and her family arrived to stay with friends in Ireland, many moons ago, I thought she was the most glamorous person I had ever met. I was still a teenager and she had just started working for United. Over the years we met in Bellevue, Boise and even on a layover in Boston when I was there too. We got to spend Christmas together and I'm happy to say I was introduced to "pu pus" on the deck! Janet's laugh was so infectious and I have wonderful memories of times together as she brought me travelling. She opened my eyes to some of the most beautiful parts of the State of Washington and was such a good host. I loved Janet's annual news of travels with friends and family and enjoyed many a long distance call over the years. She was always interested in hearing of her Irish "family" and of all the news from Scotland. Sadly Janet's story has ended far too soon.
