Thanks to my brother Nicholas, I got to know Jean without ever meeting her. We corresponded through cards, for a short but fun time. I'll keep them coming, Karen. Love to all of you.

When I would come through Boise, I would call her and ask if she wanted company. She would reply "You bet", and come and get me all the way across town. She was my second mother. She loved for me to drive her to the casino in nevada. She would hold onto my arm not because she had to, but because she loved me. I think of her every day, and miss her dearly.

Sending peace to all of the Rudzinski family at this time

Jean enjoyed so much in life - but there is nothing she enjoyed more than spending time with her family and friends over good food and wine over laughter and conversation. I will miss her laugh and the special wink she gave to those in the know...also a shout out to the Statesman Jumble she so loved deciphering which happened to be on the reverse side of her obituary - she would get a kick out of that.
