Linda was one of my clients. As I was out due to a back Injury, I had been back for about a month now and learned tonight that Linda had passed away in which deeply saddened me!! Taking care of Linda and watching her brilliantly talk about projects and about how to build one company here and efficiently move it to another direction. I knew that even though neurologically she was suffering at certain times that she knew whom she was, where she was, what she wanted, needed and desired. She talked about her husband, Ralph and was so deeply in love with him and spoke of her children and grandchildren. We looked at her pictures for hours and she would smile and talk about that moment captured and how lovely that day was. She was so proud of her family and I truly believe that she knew deep down inside that even though there was times she was a little confused, they understood her, better then she understood herself at times. The last time I seen Linda was at the new facility she was transferred too. I had ( finally) brought her the puzzle and coloring book and crayons and colored a page with her and signed it and dated it. That night I massaged her feet before leaving and I honestly thought I'd see her again. If her family is reading this, I want you to know it was an honor and privilege caring for your wife, mother and grandmother. Sincerely,Casie with 1776 home care
