Dearest Marilyn I wish I had the chance to tell you how much you meant to me. Your friendship I will forever cherish. Though externally our differences were many, I felt a great kinship with you. Gosh you were so funny, that's what I will remember about you, your crazy infectious laugh. I remember laughing with you so hard I would start choking and almost wet myself. Your bravery and honesty is what I will remember too. You weren't scared to speak your mind even if you knew your opinion wouldn't be appreciated. You were always about doing right by people. I will miss you dear friend. Thank you for being a part of my life. I will remember you always.

I can still imagine exactly what her laugh sounded like, and I haven't heard it for 6 years or so. Peace, Love, and Rest to you, Marilyn! You were one of a kind!
