My sincere condolences to the Zacher family. While I hadn't crossed paths with Mark in (too many) years, I remember him well as a good friend from junior high through college. It sounds like he still had a good sense of humor, which I was lucky enough to experience. I suspect our years riding "yellow zinger" school buses in the summer for American Legion baseball road trips had something to do with that - with everyone sharing jokes, quite often the same jokes from trip to trip, for hours and hours. I will miss him, and I will miss the idea that we might have crossed paths again in this life. Rest in peace, my old friend.

I am floored he is gone. Mark is the lovingest man I know. I was absolutely inamored by his kindness, spirit and genuine nature. He will be greatly missed. Although, I hadnt seen him in years Mark will always be one of my closest friends.
We shared many great times from the day he hired me at Boise Air Service to our trips to McCall and Las Vegas playing softball. He knew how to stack a softball team of all athletes and friends. We had a blast playing together and talking to the 'ZACH'.
I am truly sorry for your loss Jed and Tara. If there is anything you need please call me.
I loved your Dad he was one of a kind.
