I met Necha in the late 80's after she moved to Boise and was job hunting. She took a class I taught at the Career Center at the YWCA. That's when she found her job at the School District. When she was hired, she brought me a flowering plant, with a note that said, "This buds for you." I invited her back to talk to other women who were job hunting. I remember her as a kind and good woman with a sweet smile, and that wonderful sense of humor. She will be missed by many.

I will always remember Necha for her sense of humor. Beneath that unassuming demeanor lay the heart of a prankster!

I will never forget one Halloween when she dressed up our then superintendent here at the Boise School District's District Services Center. I wish I could remember the whole story because as she added each piece of the costume, there was a reason for it. In the end, Dr. Olson wound up wearing some glasses with eyeballs on springs, an apron, and for some reason he had a kitty litter scoop. Everyone watching was laughing to the point of tears, including Dr. Olson. Necha loved to pick on him, and he took it all in stride.

Necha always seemed to me to be a kind, calm, happy person whose feathers rarely ruffled. She could make people laugh without even trying, and I have no doubt that those of us who worked with her would say that she was a pleasure to be around.

Rest in peace dear, sweet Necha, you will be missed. My condolences to your family. God Bless you.

My sincere condolences to the family.
Necha was a joy to work with. She brought laughter, fun & inspiration to most all she met...a friend to all. One never knew what little surprise she would pull from her bag of tricks or from up her sleeve, but she was sure to keep all on the edge & ready for a good laugh! A delightful, fun loving lady!!
RIP dear, Necha. God Bless you & yours!
Love & prayers.
