On behalf of the Osborne boys who all worked for Paul and the Quongs let me say that Paul taught us many things about life and living. I have said many times the Quongs taught generations of Eagle kids how to work. He was a person we all admired.

Dearest Martha,

I will never forget what you and Paul had shared with me - all these great memories and stories! Thank you and Paul for being my mentors all these years. Paul is forever living in my heart! From what Paul had shared with me, I am sure that Paul was very proud of his beautiful wife. I pray that Paul is in a happier place with his girls.

Love,
Denny

Paul was my best Client and very good friend. Over the years, I designed many site Plans for properties that he was developing.

Shortly before he passed away he asked me to design the Malibu site Shopping Center of his dreams. It was my dream also. I miss him.

Sincerely,
Joan and Rick and Lorenzo
