Our sincere condolences to Robbin's family. He was truly a wonderful, giving, intelligent, and incredible person. I worked with Robbin for over 30 years and he became more like a big brother than a co-worker. May God's comfort be with you through the upcoming weeks. In deed, Heaven has welcomed a superior angel to their ranks!

I was so sorry to hear of Robbin's passing. He was the most intelligent and gentle young man I have ever met. He will be truly missed by everyone whose life he touched. His family remains in my prayers.

I was saddened to learn that you lost Robbin at such a young age. He was an amazing man. Bill often spoke of his integrity and enthusiasm for the City of Boise. May you find comfort in the knowledge that he lived life to the fullest. I will keep your family in my prayers.
Sincerely,
Judith A. Ancell
