LTC Fletcher was kind and caring. He was a man of integrity with an award winning smile. It was my honor to serve with him in the Idaho Army National Guard. My condolences to his family.

Sherm is a dear faithful friend, was the best Home teacher having participated in priesthood blessings of each of our 6 children. But most of all I knew him as a faithful servant, doing whatever was asked of him. He has had an impact upon myself and my family that will last forever. I will miss him. Elder Erekson

SORRY TO HEAR OF SHERMS PASSING. I THOUGHT OF SHERM AS A GOOD FRIEND AND FELLOW WORKER. I KNEW SHERM AS A BOISE OFFICER AND WORKED WITH HIM AT THE FEDERAL COURTS. THE LAST FEW YEARS WE TALKED AT OUR GRANDSONS BASKETBALL GAMES. ALSO SHERM ENJOYED WORKING ON HIS MCCALL CABIN. WE WOULD VISIT THERE WHEN WE WERE AT OUR CABIN. OUR PRAYERS AND THOUGHTS GO OUT TO ALL OF HIS FAMILY....

So very sad to hear of Sherman's passing. He is one of those people we loved as teenagers/cousins that we always intended to look up and reminisce the old days and the great fun we shared but never quite got around to making it happen. I remember so well as Glines Ward teenagers, the Glines ward girls and the Glines Ward boys would drag Vernal's Main street; and if we ran into each other at the Polar Queen, (which we always did) Sherman would always say " You never know who you will run into when you're out without your gun" We would cruise around for hours then put 25-50 cents worth of gas in the car so our parents wouldn't know we had been all over town. Sherman was always ready for fun. He will be so missed. Condolences to his whole family. Love LeeAnn
