Dearest Susan and Family:

So very sorry for your loss, dear friend. I attribute my love of real estate finance to your Dad...in 1974, I took his evening Essentials of Real Estate course at BJC to get my license. Was so intrigued with his great stories of finance leverage that, when I opened my own brokerage, was able to survive 18% interest rates by using many of his seller-financing techniques! Had the privilege of sitting with him several years ago after church, discussing yet another intriguing real estate technique of lease-backs to create cash-flow....was so very proud to autograph my "All About Mortgages" book to him. What a dear, dear, and BRILLIANT man...will be so very missed. ~

Much love,

We will all miss Wally. A friendship that started in the fall of 1939, remained intact over some 77 years--through Jr.High, High School, Navy bootcamp in San Diego, Scout Camp at Payette Lakes, getting together in Boise and Fresno CA. There were
frequent phone calls during football season and baseball season as to who would win --
Fresno State or Boise State or San Francisco or the Dodgers. Lots of good memories!!!
