Kokomo was a nice person. He would bring so much laughter to everyone. I mean he was a trip in a good way. No one could skate like Kokomo back in the days. Old SOUTHSIDE friends. Good MEMORIES. REST IN PEACE MY BROTHER.

Though it's been over 30 years since you spoke such profound words to me, I never forgot what you said, and, it helped in changing my direction in life. You didn't know me nor did I know you. It was around three in the morning, when you walked up to me, in a crowded liquor house. You said these words to me: a lady like you don't belong no place like this. You too nice of girl. I didn't see you anymore after that. But, I thank God for using you that night. I pray that your family be at peace, and God grants them comfort during this time of mourning.

Kocomo,

Though it's been over 30 years since you spoke such profound words to me, I never forgot what you said, and, it helped in changing my direction in life. You didn't know me nor did I know you.
