I was in the same grade with gary marr deans brother. he was great doctor ,helping my mon back june of 1992, recovering from 2 broken legs,from car accident. joe lally, indianapolis, IN December 4, 2019 In 2004 my son was in a car accident that injured his hip, had a compound fractured femur and a foot that had multiple breaks. Dr said it was comparable to what is seen in Indy Car racing. He was flown to Methodist where we soon met Dr Maar. He introduced himself as "the bone guy". Short story is he saved my son's future with the skilled work he did on him. He has been able to work and live a normal life because of "the bone guy". We are shocked and saddened by the loss of such a wonderful person. Our family will forever be grateful for him. Our prayers go out to all involved.
