Oh dear Steve, Aaron, Joanna, I am sending all love and comfort to you from all of us. Julie was a beam of sunshine whenever I ran into her in the middle of my ordinary day. I was so grateful for her presence. She was a consistent happy reminder of our past years of our young boys sweet friendship and growing up and our girls sharing birthdays and babysitting. But beyond that, her smile was pure generosity and I felt so fulfilled and happy after even the briefest encounter, no matter how long it had been. I am shocked and deeply saddened. I feel her truly powerful spirit is and will continue to live on in all the hearts she knew and wherever it moves now. Julie was a powerful light full of love that you could feel when you were with her. She gave of herself immediately without guard or pretense ever. She offered a feeling of total sincere interest always coming from those beautiful eyes. I am so blessed to have known her. I will miss her beautiful laugh and our chance meetups. Our deepest sympathy to her friends and dear wonderful family. XO, Cynthia, Doug, Charlie, Maddie and Isabelle Seiler

Julie and I have remained close friends since first meeting in Penns School of Social Work over 40 years ago. Ive always admired her zest for life, genuine personal and professional compassion for others and perfect balance of work and play. Julie truly IS the friend you can count on to be there for you in times of trouble and times to celebrate. She is the friend who listens closely and whose reflections are thoughtful and true. Julie has touched my life and the lives of so many others immeasurably.
Julie and I have lost touch from time to time over the years. Thankfully weve been in closer touch recently. Her sudden loss is a reminder to never take for granted the presence of those you love as much as I will forever love my friend Julie.

The Rose family from across the pond send our love and condolences. Our parents and Julie's lovely parents Irwin & Freda became great friends after the war and subsequently we have always enjoyed a 'special relationship' with our American 'cousins'.
Miles, Candy Loretta and Justin will always remember you and have such happy memories of our families together xx

Our family connections go back to the late 50s. I have many memories of wonderful holidays spent together. As my mother aged , Julie was by her side helping her with friendship and navigating her medical care. Thank you so much for being there . I am so grateful to have spent time with Julie and Mitch this past year. Julie was a daughter and a sister to the Goldberg family throughout her life . She has touched so many peoples lives.
