Catherine Stanfield
Lafayette - Catherine "Cathy" Ann Stanfield, 71, of Lafayette, Indiana, passed away on Tuesday, June 12, 2018. Cathy was born on February 21, 1947 in Lafayette to Raymond C. and Clara (Pattee) Cox. On October 4, 1977, she married Keith Stanfield in Lafayette, and he survives.
Cathy was a waitress in several restaurants in the Lafayette area, and many of her customers will remember her ability to recall their regular order. Cathy had a green thumb, and her yard was her oasis, with many types of flowers that she carefully tended. She was a selfless person, putting others ahead of herself.
Along with her husband Keith, she is survived by her children, Mike (Charity) Stanfield, of Boerne, Texas, Lisa Petri, of Lafayette, Tammy (Gary) of Spring, Texas, stepchildren Lorri (Don) Perigo, Doug (Josey) Stanfield, Rob (Jennifer) Stanfield, all of Lafayette. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Ashley, Christopher, John, Kaden, Matthew, Zion, Abigail, Allegra, Chris, Danielle, Harvey, Heather, Jeremy, Jesse, Melissa, and Nathan.
