Phyllis J. Collins
Lafayette - Phyllis J. Collins, 73, of Lafayette passed away on Tuesday, February 13, 2018 at 1:27 p.m. at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. Phyllis was born on June 6, 1944 in Crawford County, IN to the late Orris A. and Bernice V. (Batchelor) Collins. She retired after 20 years of service from Lafayette Venetian Blind. Phyllis loved playing cards, and working on puzzles. She also enjoyed being outside and working in the yard.
Surviving is one daughter, Diana (husband: Billy) Anderson of Delphi. Also surviving are 3 siblings, Richard Collins of Colburn, Martha "Marty" Smith of Lafayette, Carol Snider (husband: Harry) Snider of Colburn, and 2 grandchildren, Mathew Anderson of Lafayette, and Roy (wife: Taylor) Anderson of Delphi.

Thank you Lord...she is now with our parents and LOTS of family...Best of all she is not in pain anymore. I "will" miss our daily talks...card games...going out to eat.. all the FUN times we had together etc....etc. etc. but she is at peace. I will see ya up there PJ .....Love ya Bunches

Sending sincere condolences & deepest sympathy to Phyllis' family. I am a Michigan cousin & as children, we played together when she would visit her Grandparents Glen & Anna Batchelor. My Grandparents are Roy & Agnes Batchelor, that lived next door.
