Dear Franklin and Family:

I am sorry, and saddened, to learn of Margaret's death Shw was a unique woman: incredibly bright; resolute in her work ethic; caring and nurturing of colleagues; and always capable of using humor to make difficult office problems seem more manageable. The privilege of working with Margaret at the Treasury Department was a highlight of my Office of Tax Policy career. I hope that memories of Margaret's fine qualities and accomplishments will help to assuage the grief I know you are experiencing.

We were fortunate enough to witness the special relationship between this niece and her uncle that was so fun loving and long lasting. We remember these Margaret and Russ stories now with great fondness, but will miss hearing her vivid narrative when she was recalling them.
