A bit late. I was in Volodya's class on "The Master and Margarita" at UMASS Amherst - there were only three of us students. I spent a lot of time privately with him while he was still in Massachusetts. His class changed my life.

I am saddened to hear that Vladimir is not with us anymore. We became great friends about 25 hers ago....love to hear from his son A;expander....

Very Sad to hear of Volodia's passing. My husband and I met Volodia and became good friends in early 1980's. We left Jersey city in 1986 and did not connect after that. He has made such a great impression on me! Lived life fully with laughter and courage . . . Memory Eternal. Esther Antohin
