I knew John a long time ago when he went to Plymouth State College back in 1987-88. John was a good friend and last remember him moving to Illinois, kept in touch for a year or two and unfortunately lost touch but thought about him a lot over the years and periodically tried to find him, sadly I never realized he moved back to New Hampshire and found this about him today. So sorry I wasn't able to find him till now thanks to my friend Steve , rest in peace my friend, I will always cherish the memories.

I worked with John at Lowes from about 2001 to 2007 at Danvers MA and Epping NH. Great guy who worked so hard!!! We were both Steeler fans in New England and we were proud of our team and had to defend our loyalty. I moved from New England in 2007 to return to Pennsylvania and kept in touch with John by phone and email. I had been planning to come to visit for the past 10 years and just never made it. I am so sad for Johns family

We met John several years ago right after we moved to NH from NY. We bought a 1737 home, so I was nearly a daily customer to Lowes in Greenland. John was always there with a broad smile, friendly greeting, and offering his assistance. We quickly became first name friendly and John was one of our favorite folks at the store. When we found out That Lowes was restructuring and John was being let go, we felt strongly enough to write the Lowes hierarchy to let them know they were making a major mistake. The day John was let go, Lowes lost a valuable part of their organization that was never quite replaced. And now we, along with all who knew John, have lost a dear and caring friend.

I started working with John in 2009, we were a part of the team that opened the Greenland Lowe's, where we became good friends. I'm sad to say we lost touch after we both left, but there was always a soft spot in my heart for him. I will miss you, my friend.

John was my boss for several years at Lowe's in Epping NH and also in Greenland NH. He was not only my boss but a mentor and friend. He had a passion like no other and would do anything for anyone. I heard the news today and this saddened me to my core. We had so many great times together at Lowe's and learned so much from John when we worked together. We had some tough times and lots of laughs, as any family does. I will miss John and cherish all the memories we had together.
