Ms Bartz was one of my favorite teachers. I am forever grateful to have known her and learned from her. As an editor and writer in my career, her lessons serve me daily. May God bless you Ms Bartz and hold you close. My prayers also go out to her family and friends.

I didn't have Ms Bartz as a teacher, but everyone in my class (83) knew and loved her. Her amazing personality filled the halls of Tosa East. She seemed to know everyone, even if you weren't her student.
A gifted educator, she effected so many people.
May she Rest in Peace.

Cindy took me under her wing during my first years of teaching when I had no idea what I was doing. When I was pregnant with my first child, she told the principal I could share her classroom instead of walking from one side of the building to the other as a traveling teacher. She was so generous. So caring. I am forever grateful to her.
