Cindy was my sister and my best friend. When I was picked on in grade school she was there to protect me. We must have drove our parents crazy if she liked oranges, I liked apples, she liked, jelly, I liked peanut butter. We would try to get poor Vicki to side with us. Vicki went years thinking she didn't like peanut butter. Until one day Vicki tried peanut butter and said" hey I like this". Not only was she there for me and Vicki but she was there for our mother when she died from cancer. We shared many milestones in our life together. She was my maid of honor, the birth of our children and her grandchildren who she love dearly. She said to me' " that it was true what they say, that there is nothing like holding your grandchild in your arms." I could go on all day about my sister. She was a wonderful sister friend mother and wife. She will truly be missed.

My mother's favorite story about Cindy was when she was very little. She would keep saying onasanbo onasanbo. My mom tried to figure out what that meant. She showed her things and offered her different kinds of food. she could not figure it out. One day we were at my great aunt house. My sister tugged on my great aunt's pant leg and said onasanbo onasanbo . My great aunt turned and looked at Cindy and said do you want a sandwich honey? Cindy yes! That's when my mom realized that onasanbo meant I want a sandwich. The mystery was solved.
