Euting, Catherine Ann Age 85, a resident of St. Francis Terrace, passed away Monday, November 18, 2013 at the St. Agnes Hospice Home of Hope. She was born June 10, 1928 in Milwaukee, WI, a daughter of the late Otto and Alma (Ackerman) Satorius. Catherine was a member of Our Risen Savior Church, Eldorado, WI. She attended St. Lawrence Grade School, Milwaukee; High School at St. Mary's Academy and she graduated from St. Mary's Hospital School of Nursing and Marquette University, Milwaukee in 1949. She also received her Master's degree in Public Health from the University of Michigan. Her career as a nurse included, Milwaukee Health Dept., Milwaukee; the Milwaukee Visiting Nurses Association, VA Hospital, Wood, WI; Harnischfeger Corporation, Milwaukee, WI; and she worked as a Hospice Hope Volunteer for 10 years. Catherine was a Master Gardener and was involved in many church activities as well as at St. Frances Terrace. Catherine is survived by her son Jack (Linda) Corey of Eau Claire; a daughter Patricia Corey of Milwaukee; two grandsons, Michael (Cara) Corey and his brother Patrick (Kate) Edrey; a brother James Satorius; sister-in-law Clara Satorius; cousin Caroline Konkel and by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Jack Corey and Neil Euting; brothers, Robert, Otto, and Matthew; sisters, Florence Crum and Mary Williams. Visitation: Family will receive relatives and friends on Saturday, November 23, 2013 from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM at Church of Our Risen Savior, N6499 County Rd. Y (Woodhull) Eldorado, WI. Service: A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday at the Church at 11:00 AM Cremation will follow the service. In lieu of flowers memorials in her name may be directed to the Hospice Home of Hope, Fond du Lac. Zacherl Funeral Home and Crematory is serving the family. www.zacherlfuneralhome.com

Catherine's many prayers, hugs and words of encouragment at the time of my dad's passing, at St. Francis was such tremendous comfort to me.
