de la Cruz, Richard Lawrence "Grady" Born on December 26, 1992 in Syracuse, New York. Born to Eternal Life on August 21. 2013 Madison, Wisconsin. Beloved son of Norberto (Norie) and Lourdes (Lot). Also survived by aunt Angie, aunt Aya and uncle Pete; cousins Gab, Shani, Tristan, MJ and Samantha, and countless "Titos", "Titas" and other "Insans" in the Milwaukee area, other relatives and many friends. Graduate of St. Jude's Catholic Grade school and Marquette University High School. Attended Marquette University (2years) and University of Wisconsin - Madison for Occupational Psyschology. Visitation Saturday, August 24, 2013 from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Funeral Home with Mass of Christian Burial at 2 PM at St. Matthias Catholic Church (9306 W. Beloit Rd.) Refreshments at Philippine Community Center, Zablocki Park (3717 W. Howard) 3:30 PM - 5:30 PM. Perhaps my time seemed all too brief; Don't lengthen it now with undue grief. Lift up your heart and share with me; God wanted me now, God set me free. (excerpt from poem entitled "I'm Free")

I am so sorry to hear this devastating news. I remember Grady (my daughter Audrey's classmate at St. Jude) as such a delightful boy and with the most wonderful and devoted parents. My heart goes out to you and your angel in heaven.

Bob and I are sorry to hear about the death of your wonderful son.He was a GREAT Young Man!! He was also one of of the great students I had in third grade at St. Jude's school. He will surely be missed by all of his family and friends.

P.S. We got the news out here in Houston, TX. We are on our way to San Antonio tomorrow and will be back in Milwaukee on September 10th. We will talk to you when we get back.

Roberto & Lourdes, while We have never met our sons were friends and we did have the pleasure of meeting Grady. I remember him as a wonderful handsome young man. He will be missed by all he touched. May our Catholic faith be your rock through this difficult time.
