I have called Harriette in the past two weeks, including just now to check on her. Now I know why there was no answer! I loved your Mom and feel a great loss. I am comforted in knowing she and Velma are together again! I will miss talking with her, but I'm sure she and Velma haven't stopped talking!
Love to all, sorry I didn't know.

Dear Deb and family. I remember your mother as always funny and having a quick wit. I know you will all miss the matriarch of your family. She was one of a kind. Love you all

Sorry to hear of your mothers passing. Harriette was unique in personality and could call them as she saw them. She will indeed be missed.

So sorry to hear the news of my favorite Aunt's passing. She had a good long life and although I haven't been able to see her for sometime, I will always have great memories. For those of you who don't know this, Aunt Harriette was the one responsible for giving me the nickname of Denny. She always said that Alden is too old a name to say I have to change his diapers, there fore the name Denny. I think she was probably thing of Dennis the Menise.

The world has lost a wonderful and sweet woman. Aunt Harriette was the matriarch of our family. I loved her caring and wise words of wisdom. She will be greatly missed but never forgotten!

Dear Debra and Family,
Noah and i are so very sorry for your loss! I remember Harriette always taking the time to write Noah and i letters over the years. Sometimes they included cute newspaper clippings that she knew we would enjoy! I regret I never tried her fried chicken! lol.. Harriette was a one of a kind and I know she will be sorely missed. Sending you and the family lots of love, warm wishes and prayers for this time of sorrow. I love you dearly! XO

Fond memories of the Leisek Family. Food. Celebration. Love. I always thought of Aunt Harriette as a modern woman- never to be underestimated. I loved visting her-she was warm and welcoming. (Gosh! Did she really have that many kids?) Aunt Herriette had a special sparkle- her laugh and outlook opened my heart. She will always be dear, sweet, and a woman I loved and regarded.

In high school, we girls had so much fun at John and Harriette's house. She made the best fruit salad.

Dear Jack and Peggy,

I am thinking of you and your wonderful mother. She always made me laugh with her little quips. She will be greatly missed.
You are in my prayers.
