Ginny, Ed, Rick and Family,

I loved Paul as a father. He was not only my godfather but a father figure to me. I loved how he always used "Blessed Angel" as his swear word. Paul loved his family very much. You could see that in his eyes when he talked about them or with them. Paul always had a smile on his face and he knew how to make anyone's day brighter. Thank you for your service to our Nation and may you rest in peace Paul.

Love you always,

Virginia, Eddie, Rick and Family,

Paul was such a great uncle to me and my brothers. He was always enjoying a laugh and his easy-going personality was always very pleasing to be around. He was a devoted Christian and we owe him a lot of gratitude for his service to our nation. I enjoyed all those family reunions in Omaha and occasional visits to Kansas. He was quite a man. May he rest in peace.

Uncle Paul, I will miss you so much. I loved the funny stories that you and Mom told us about you when you were kids, and so appreciated all of the genealogy research you did for our family. You clearly loved Aunt Virginia, Rick and Ed, and your grandchildren and were always so kind to us. Gunter loved that you served in his hometown of Augsburg, Germany, and we appreciated your service to our country. I love you and you will be missed.

Rest Paul, until you hear at dawn,
the low, clear reveille of God.

Thank you for your service to this nation.

Fair winds and following seas sailor.

Thank you for your service to this nation.
