Prayers to family and friends. Colin was a pleasure to collaborate with in working together with clients. You could tell he cared. I hope fond memories can sustain you during this time of grief.

To the Quinn Clan:

I am so very sorry for your loss! Colin was an amazing man and a blessing to have known! I could always count on him for the "realist" perspective on nearly every situation -- often, presented with a sly sense of humor. To this day, he was one of the most reliable and dependable colleagues I have ever worked alongside. He is greatly missed!

The service today was beautiful and it fit his personality! He would have approved!

Colin I can't stop thinking about all the good times we had when we worked together at community corrections. You are such a great person and it saddens me with your loss. You're family are in my thoughts and prayers during this very difficult time. God speed to you Colin!

You were one of the finest troopers I ever had the privilege to have worked with. You were truly an example of what being a state trooper was all about. May God bless your family in their time of grief.

One of a kind for sure Tom, I knew I didn't have to worry about K410. The honor of teaching you how to dispatch will always be one of my favorite memories as I was able to get to know you. I'm glad we kept in contact over the years. I'm sad for everyone who will miss out on such a great Man. Operator 936 and friend Jamee Hillman.
