Roger & Nancy,

Condolences to you both! I'm just now hearing about Jim's passing today. Jimbo has always & will always have a special place in my heart.

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Chesser,

I met Jim during the Larry Hopkins for Governor campaign. He was amazingly brilliant, and never let hardship keep him from achieving his goals. Although we lost touch, I have very fond memories of his friendship. This world lost an angel.
Prayers for your peace knowing that he was so loved and his efforts appreciated!

Dear Nancy and Roger,

Terri and I were deeply saddened to read of the loss of Jim this week. We treasure the short time we were neighbors. We were also tremendously proud to read of his many accomplishments. You are in our thoughts and prayers. Bless you both.

The first time I met Jim he was telling me about his pet rat and how much it had meant to him. I was thinking to myself "YUCK!" But after a few months of getting to know Jim better I understood that he had a great big heart and a capacity to find value and love for many things that other people would or could not. I am saddened by the fact that his light has gone out in this world but I am sure it is burning bright in the next. His life has changed mine along with hundreds of others who have benefited from his presence on this earth. I will honor your memory and laughter always. Godspeed Jim.
