To James' Family:

I lived directly across the hall from James for two years while we were at Eastern and were KAs together. He was one of my very best friends there, and we enjoyed each other's company so much and sure had a lot of fun. He was even kind enough to let me work on the Milestone Yearbook with him. I am not surprised with what he did with his life because he was really a whiz at English and grammar, and had such a great sense of humor too.

I had made plans to attend the visitation and funeral, but my problem knee went out on me again Sunday night, and I spent all Monday at the doctor's office and hospital. I wanted so much to meet his family and tell you some wonderful stories and memories I have of James.

James, you were the best, and blessings and peace be on you Brother, and your family.

So very sorry to find out about Mr Culbertson's passing. I have worked with him here in the Mercer School District and saw what an impact he had on our high school students. He would always make the day better just by his presence. He will be greatly missed but I am so thankful for the time that I knew him. God bless the family.
