I have many wonderful memories of my friend Jim Hoskins.. having been his bowling partner for many years at Eastland and Southland Bowling lanes through the 1970s and 1980s.

We were both avid UK Basketball fans and we shared many great times together rooting for the teams and discussing basketball. Jim was a great friend who always stood beside me through any difficulty and he was a terrific athlete in his own time. He loved to talk and it was always hard for one of us to get a word in edgewise when the other was speaking. Those were great times we shared and they allow wonderful memories to remain alive.

Thinking of him now as I write this message brings a big smile to my face and I am sure he is wearing one too. May the Lord comfort those family members and other friends who will work their way though the grief of losing such a special man in their lives.

I shall never forget him and may he rest in peace.

Respectfully

GNW
