Hey Joe,
We spoke on the phone around 7 or 8 times a week. We both knew so many characters around the race track and could talk about some of those guys and different horses for sometimes 20 or 30 minutes or longer and it seem like we on the phone only a few moments. I have so wanted to speak to you this week and it has been hard to realize that I could not...
Rest In Peace, my friend..
Love you,
Shawn

Joe had friends all over. I'm in Chicago, there were some in Louisville and in Louisiana. Always looked forward to s
eeing him and he will be missed. Positive nature and smile were two of things to be remembered. Glad to have known him.

I will miss you, Joe. You were truly a good person. I am sure I will think of you often, but especially when I look at a racing program. You were a winner.
