I will miss seeing Len at the next Eagle Ceremony!! I considered him part of the foundation of Troop 13. One of the reasons why so many looked up to him is he always seemed to think of others first. He also was a compassionate pet owner. Rest in Peace Len.

Thoughts and prayers go out to Len's family. Len is remembered fondly from our Post 97 trips from Lexington to Colorado and Wyoming in 1966 and to Niagra Falls, Canada and Boston in 1967. As a much younger scout, I looked up to him and was recently hoping we might see him at a Post 97 reunion in October.

He was a good man. He kept a roof over my head when I couldn't afford one, he always offered guidance to those who needed it. I knew him briefly, but he had a profound impact on my life, both directly and indirectly.
