I was so sorry to hear of the loss of such a precious lady. I was Marion's hairdresser from 1981 until I changed careers in 2013. I loved her and every minute I spent with her. She will be missed by so many. I would also like to say how sorry I was discover that you also lost Robert. My thoughts and most heart felt sympathy goes out to all of her family.

Mrs. Ballinger was our music teacher at Kenwick elementary school. I was there from 1957 through summer of 1963. I thought of her many times when singing with my children when they were young. I remember learning so many songs in her class. Too bad kids today are not being taught many of those songs! I love music and I'm sure that love was taught by Mrs. Ballinger. I'm sorry to read that her son, Bobby passed away. He was a classmate of mine. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you. She was a lovely lady who made a difference in the lives of so so many !! I read about her passing on Facebook in a site called Do you remember from Lexington?? I've lived in Maryland the past 30 years. God bless all of you!
