MALKIN Mary, of Lexington, KY, died on Thursday, June 3, 2016. She was 93. She was born in Lexington, KY and was the daughter of Mildred and Jesse Burrier. She was a graduate of Lafayette High School and the University of Kentucky. She lived and taught children in elementary schools in Kentucky, Missouri, and New York. She was very active in homemaker groups, senior citizen groups, and the Good Sam camping organization. She was an avid bridge player in Lexington, KY and played up to the time of her death. She was a long time member of Beaumont Presbyterian Church, Lexington. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Jack F. Malkin, her brother John Burrier, and her parents. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Betty A. and Bob Peterson and her five grandchildren, Zac, Jesse, Roxanna, and Isabelle Peterson, and Kelsey (Michael) Rahenkamp, and a host of extended family and friends.
