Bob was a member of Russell Cave Road Baptist Church. He was a good friend. My condolences to his family!

Bob or as I more fondly called him "dad", was a wonderful man. I was blessed to have him as a regular part of my day to day life from age 9 until 16, during the time he was married to my beloved mother who passed in 1976. He was a step-dad that taught incredible work ethic, a love for the Lord and respect for the family. Although circumstances had created distance between us, I was blessed to have occasional chats with him and always respected him for his wisdom and personal valor. He was quick to brag about his children and grandchildren, and always had a childhood story to share. He will be greatly missed in this life, and am sure I will see him again in the most perfect of conditions...Eternity. Many prayers for Deborah, Dwight, and Cynthia.
