William Robert

I was so sorry to hear of Roy's passing. Your brother was and always will be one of a kind. He cut my son's hair the first time and for years and years. He was an outstanding advocate for everyone and such a wise and effective public servant.

I say him on a plane to Punta Gorta last year when he was going fishing. He was not well but was as usual the life of the party talking to everyone on the plane.

He is in my prayers.

I had only met Roy a couple years ago. When he had an appointment he'd always bring me chocolates or fresh veggies from his garden. We'd sit and talk about his beautiful wife and kids while he waited for the doctor. When he stopped coming in to the office I had found out he broke his hip. I knew I should have visited him in the home. I just called to check on him and they let me know he passed. My thoughts are with the family as I sit here with a very heavy heart.

So sorry to hear of Roys passing, he was a fixture in my family through his friendship with my father Leon Cox and was always a delight to be around and listen to his story's filled with humour and laughter. I remember him well at the baseball field and the barber shop. Sincerest sympathy for Agnes and the rest of the Durbin family. I know he will be missed deeply.

I am sorry to hear of Roy's passing. I met Roy in 1970 when he was barbering on Southland Drive. I remained a customer until he retired from cutting hair. I considered him a friend & always enjoyed the conversations we had at the barber shop. My prayers & thoughts are with family.
