To my mother it has been a year and my heart is still heavy and my tears have not stop.but i am walking with my head high as you have taught me. I can still hear your voice saying you need to get it together and for that i am striving to make you smile in heaven. This candle is for you my queen,my protector, my friend and mother you have accomplished what most parnets never could. I miss you every single day.your girls are doing fine we are making a way and caring for each other even more than before cause you have taught us that even when we are too weak to run we can walk and if walking is not possible we can crawl but regardless of the situation we must keep moving at all cost and with you guided knowledge we are doing just that. We love you momma rest easy cause now its our turn to carry you.

At times like this it's hard to find the right words or any words to express about a loss of someone so special. I always loved talking to and with "Vonee. She had a real thirst for knowledge. She always wanted to expand her mind and interest of things she didn't understand. She wanted to know things and she wanted to grow as a person so she could pass it on to her kids. She had a great sense of humor and she could also be very serious. The last time I talked to her she would say " if someone gets out of line, I'll hit 'em in the chest" I'm sure she was joking but I didn't want to find out. To her girls and the rest of the family I pray for you and with you. Love you all.
