We here in Anderson Township, Cincinnati, OH, are saddened having just learned of Dr.Millhorn's passing in December. Tom Anderschat's (AHS) father told me about this today at the Mercy Health Plex ; our family extends its sympathy to you, Lauren and her sisters during this time of your bereavement. Lauren was a classmate of our younger daughter at Ayer - Anderson HS!

Staff Sergeant Millhorn was a Squad Leader in the Infantry Company that I served in during the Vietnam War. He was one of the finest Non Commissioned Officers I have ever had the pleasure of knowing in a Military/ Government career spanning 46 years. SSG Millhorn saved a lot of lives. In a time when "hero" is so much overused that the real meaning of the word is lost, you can be assured Dr. Millhorn was a True American Hero. I never saw David after Vietnam but I am a better person for having know him. I know he will rest in God's loving arms. Frank Bonvillain, Executive Officer, B Co. 4th Battalion, 503rd Infantry, 173rd Airborne Brigade
