Some of my best childhood memories are growing up in Timbercrest with Mike and the Armstrong family. I always considered Peggy a true neighborhood Mom who was so gracious and kind to me. I was forunate to see her in later years at Manorhouse, where my mother,Imogene, was also a resident. She treasured Peggy's friendship. My warmest thoughts to Becky, Sheila, and the entire family.

We are saddened to hear of your mothers passing. We shared many wonderful times with her and Frank from Lady Vol games to going out for dinner. She always had a smile on her face and was a true Lady. Loved to decorate for every holiday and knew every road to get around in Knoxville. She will always hold a very special place in our hearts. Prayers for the family.

I am so sorry to hear about Peggy. When I worked at Tres Salon or Elizabeth's I looked forward to seeing her every Saturday morning. She was always so happy and full of life with a gleam in her eyes. She was special for sure. Thinking of you Sheila and your family.
