Hassie Williford Stephens Halley age 94 of Heiskell, left to be with her Lord on Sunday, April 15, 2018. Hassie was a faithful member of Bishopville Baptist Church. A wonderful mother, grandmother and friend. Foster mother to many children throughout her beautiful life. She was known for her love of "All things crafts" and her sweet Godly spirit. She will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by all who knew her. Preceded in death by husbands, Louie M. Stephens and Jake Halley; son, Herman Stephens; parents, Jacob and Lydia Williford; 5 brothers and 3 sisters. Survived by daughter, Betty (Wayne) Davis; grandchildren, Paul (Paula) Stephens, Angela (Terry) Pate, Sharon (David) Dancy and Kelly Sipen; 12 great-grandchildren; 9 great-great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; special niece, Judy Reno. The family will receive friends 6-8 pm Tuesday at Weaver's Chapel with the service to follow at 8 pm. Reverends Phil Poe and Michael Parsley officiating. Family and friends will meet at 1:45 pm Wednesday at New Gray Cemetery for a 2 pm interment. Condolences may be left at www.weaverfuneralservices.com.
