Darling Poo - I remember your warm greeting when I first visited La Jolla - the Murphy/Wyer holiday celebrations were wonderful! Will miss knowing you are looking over all the activities at the Beach Club!

Poo and I played Scrabble for many years. We traveled together to some tournaments where finding gourmet restaurants was part of the fun. After one Pasadena tournament, Poo asked me if I would drive around to survey the acreage once owned by her family. We viewed miles of subdivision homes. One day we went on an art shopping spree in Laguna Beach. Poo and I had lots of fun. I miss her. She lived the great life and loved her family. My condolences.

I am so sorry to learn of the passing of "Poo". She was so generous in the support of our fellowship in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery here at UC San Diego. Through her efforts our fellows in training were able to travel to Africa and take care of women with urinary fistulas and also take Master's level classes in clinical research so that they could train others. She was a wonderful, spirited women who left the world a much better place. We will continue to acknowledge her generosity and support in all presentations of research from our fellowship program. Rest in Peace.

I feel very honored that I got the chance to work with Poo on the construction of her home. I always remember driving Poo to LA while she studied her Scrabble Words in the front seat. She was always such a good sport as I dragged her from showroom to showroom. What a gift!
