I cannot believe that I lost my cousin! So many memories of us from fishin' , To playin' baseball & football as kids. All the family cookouts. Wrestling each other & arguing about anything & everything. Visiting him & Jody in Tucson, Indio & our trip to Tahoe many years ago. I saw Dale & Jody when I would come back to Lancaster for a visit. Sometimes Dale was working & I wouldn't see him, but there was always next year. Now, there are no more next years, only memories of past years! I love you cousin. You are greatly missed.

My Family has a lot of fond memories of Dale. He was not only a wonderful friend, he was one of our best customers when we had our business (SOS Carry Out) We all love seeing him at least twice a day :) Dale was one of the hardest working men I have ever known. He never complained. He would do anything for anybody. He was loved by many :) After moving from Lancaster, I lost touch, so we had no idea he was ill. I am so broken hearted that I never got a chance to see him and tell him how much he was loved before he passed away. It makes me sad to think that he thought we knew he was ill and didn't even send a card or call. :( My only consolation is that we will one day reunite in Heaven. We have such wonderful memories of his beautiful poetry and the privilege of hearing him sing when he was working to some of his favorite songs. I can recall a couple of them. He loved "Paradise by the dashboard lights" by Meatloaf, "Boys of Summer" by Don Henley and he loved anything by the Eagles! :) He sure loved his music, his friends and family. I can remember one thing that he always said...All that glitters is not gold! How true was that? He will be missed greatly :(
