Scanlan family, I want you to know that I always admired your mother and father for your family. I thought she was the most perfect mother. No matter when we visited she would tell me what each of you were doing. She so loved you all. All of her friends here have good memories of her. We will miss her. Thank God we had a chance to know your parents and your family .

I am so sorry to hear about Dot's passing. I have so many wonderful memories of the times our families spent together as were growing up. My deepest condolences to all of you.

Just last week I was in Canal Winchester for my Uncle Reno Robinett's funeral. Your cousin and mine, Maureen, and I took our mothers, Aunt Lois and Aunt Geri, to see your mom. Although her body was tired and weak, her eyes and smile were as beautiful as I remember from 1961 on Hayes Road. Your mom took my mom's hand and pulled her close so she could say good bye and give her a kiss. She was ready to go and see what the Lord had in store for her.
Kathy and I are thinking about all of you. We have often talked about a Scanlan cousin reunion may times. I remember how nice it was that Steve (I think) came to visit us in Texas at my father's funeral many years ago.
God bless,
Terry and Kathy Scanlan

John, so sorry for your loss. May the memories of the love, security and laughter you shared with her bring you all peace.
