Sorry to hear of Larry's passing. Our prayers for Linda and the entire Brenstuhl family. I remember Larry as a LHS Band member...was he not a drum major? Class of 61 as I recall. Be comforted I pray.

Joni and boys.
Our hearts are saddened to hear of Larry's passing. You are in our thoughts during this difficult time.

First, my deepest condolences to Joni and the family. I knew Larry from my internship at church, but what I remember most is a visit to his office with Larry, Joni, and a dog. I remembered humorously suggesting that "it must be love" if Larry, Joni, and the dog could cohabit the home and work environment without loosing their sanity. It turns out that on that visit, sanity may have been suspended. I think we discussed every silly situation any of us had experienced over the past year, dogs, the shape of the new VW Bug (seriously) and the possible reasons for having a bird in one's house as a pet. (You had to be there.) I did not know Larry as well as the rest of you, obviously, but my memories of he and Joni and the silliness of that visit are enough for me as they pretty much sum up a man (Larry) who had the wisdom to take on the seriousness of life with a sense of humor and a caring for the folks around him. May you all find peace in having known the guy, and may you all continue to be blessed by the presence he was and will continue to be in your lives.
