Chris, Kim, and entire Schorr family,
My deepest sympathy for your entire family during this difficult time. Remember how much enthusiasm Dick had when hosting the Pinbuster's bowling program. He had a great friendly personality. Know he will be missed. You will always have great memories of him.
May God put his arms around your family during this time of bereavement.

WE WERE PRIVILEGED TO HAVE KNOWN DICK AND KAY AND THE JOY OF WORKING AND TRAVELING WITH THEM ON MANY BASKETBALL TRIPS. HE WAS A TRUE GENTLEMAN, LOYAL TO THE END, ALWAYS TRYING TO RIGHT WRONGS. WE NEVER EVER QUESTIONED HIS SUPPORT AND FRIENDSHIP. A RARE TRAIT IN OUR WORLD. IT WAS TRULY AN HONOR TO CALL HIM OUR FRIEND. WE WILL MISS HIM

With fond memories I remember Dick as a very driven, yet kind person and fellow broadcaster. I worked with Dick at WHOK in Lancaster, and WTVN-TV Channel 6 in Columbus. Thanks for your help in the early years of my professional career. Steve Campbell

Chris,
I enjoyed many evenings with Dick and friends playing cards. He was a great person who I was proud to call a friend. I am sorry that I was not aware of his passing until the announcement on tonight's Bobcat broadcast.
