Uncle Bill you will be so mist. I had such great memories and no one can ever take away the great times all of us had when you was Mayor of Carroll. I always thought it was cool when you would buy all of us kids them pop rocks and always told us don't mix them them pop because our stomach would explode. All of us kids just laughed and you had this serious look on your face and said realy don't mix it with pop. Than we all laughed so hard. You always thought about us kids allways brought us candy and made sure we was safe. You was a grateful person and will be so mist. Love you Uncle Bill you in Heaven now and have no pain. Your walkn around with the Lord happy as can be and in the best health you have ever been. I SEE YOU AGAIN.Till them we all will keep the faith and keep love each other. R.I.P. Uncle Bill lots of love I will keep so many grateful memories in my heart.
