Cynthia Ann Jewell Sharp was born March 11, 1962 in Compton California. Cindy lived in Long Beach and Garden Grove until she was 17 when her family moved to Grand Junction, Colorado. There Cindy attended Mesa College and received a bachelor's degree in Business Management with a minor in Psychology. During college she fell in love with Bradley Sharp and they married on May 2th, 1984 at Immaculate Heart Catholic Church in Grand Junction. They were married for 31 years at the time of Cindy's death. Brad and Cindy had a daughter, Jennifer, in October of 1987 and a son, Ted, in January of 1991. During Cindy's professional career she was a bookkeeper with her own company CJS Bookkeeping. With this business she provided services to people in the entertainment industry, Our Lady of Lourdes parish school and church, and the Western Lieutenancy of the Equestrian Order of the Holy Sepulcher of Jerusalem. Cindy was devoted and passionate about providing a quality Catholic education within the Our Lady of Lourdes community and supporting the Christian's in the Holy Land. Cindy was diagnosed with Ovarian Cancer October of 2015. The original prognosis was hopeful however the disease spread rapidly and Cindy passed away peacefully November 13th, 2015. Cindy was preceded in death by her grandparents, her father Donald, her brother Donny, and her Aunt Sally. Cindy is survived by her mother Grace, her sister Michelle, her husband Brad, her daughter Jennifer Vegors with husband Will Vegors, her son Ted Sharp with wife Gigi Sharp, and her grandchildren Kloie, Gabe, Ashlee Vegors and Samantha Sharp. Cindy took great joy in her life of family, travel, and giving tirelessly to all who needed her help. Memorial Mass will be Thursday at 10:00 am at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, Tujunga. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made in Cindy's honor to Our Lady of Lourdes Parish School. Cabot & Sons, Pasadena Directors.
